Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by Banrok & EMeQ, a trading style of Banrok Investments Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. “Client” means any corporate entity, partnership, institution, or individual acting in a business capacity that engages the Company. “Services” means the financial consultancy, arrangement, and introduction services provided by the Company. “Agreement” refers collectively to these Terms and any signed Engagement Letter, Mandate, or Fee Agreement between the Company and the Client. “Confidential Information” means any non-public information disclosed between parties in connection with Services
Terms & Conditions
The Company provides services strictly on a commercial basis. No services are provided to consumers as defined under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. By entering into this Agreement, the Client confirms they are acting solely for business purposes. The Company is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Services are provided exclusively businesses and commercial/corporate entities.
What to Include in the T&C Document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
